Scrap Your Kit- Bluegrass Farm [Sneak Peek]

Hei, today I want to show you some sneak peeks. I will post all these wonderful scrapbook layouts within the next two weeks. I used the Bluegrass Farm scrapbook kit and some of the add ons for these pages. I still have plenty stuff left, so I will make more pages! And I planned to make a few PL pages! So stay tuned!

Mini Album [Oslo]

Have you seen the mini album about Valencia I showed at the Pebbles blog a few weeks ago? I love mini albums and I did it again...I made one about Oslo, my favorite city in Norway...well, its the capital of Norway though and I only have been to Kristiansand once almost 14 years ago...so actually I only know 2 big cities in Norway.

So here is my mini album. I used some really nice patterned papers by Pebbles and some other good stuff, I adore the tiny cameras, the hearts and frames. These are selfmade embellishments and I used different kind of dies for them. Love dies and die-cutting lately.

I took most of the pictures during the long and cold winter. The winters in Norway are really long, like 6 months long...and the winters are really cold, you need good and warm clothes in Norway. I will make a summer mini album about Oslo too, with lots of bright colors and such. But the next weeks I will show you a couple of scrapbook layouts. Have a happy and scrappy day!

Happy Scrappy Friends Blog Hop [Sketch]

Hei and welcome back to my blog and our monthly "Happy Scrappy Friends" Blog Hop. Yes, its the 12th again and we want to inspire you!

Alex made this wonderful sketch for us and I made this fun and colorful scrapbook layout with 12(!) instagram pictures which I took during my 3 day trip to Vienna last weekend!

I used some paper and stuff from my beloved Studio Calico kits! Love that background paper. And the sketch is just perfect to use all the bits and pieces that came with the kits.
I have to admit that I not only was inspired by the sketch but also by one of the videos from Garden Girl Jill Sprot over at Two Peas. Her work is really cool! Scrap Your Kit [Office Hours]

My Office Hours scrapbook kit plus add ons is killed and here are my 12 scrapbook pages!

Today my new Studio Calico kits will arrive and I want to make a lot of pages with photos from our last trip to Vienna!

Scrap Your Kit - Office Hours [Nittedal Station, Snack It!]

These are my two last scrapbook layouts with the Office Hours kits and add ons. I try to document my daily life with scrapbooking and the first scrapbook layout is no exception. I took the photo on my way to Oslo to meet a good friend. It was cold that evening and we had still some snow. I used all the scraps that were left and embellished the page with these gorgeous vellum flowers and hearts. Love the golden word stickers!

The second page is all about my morning routine. I really love coffee and I drink at least two in the morning, one at breakfast and one around 11 o´clock. Love the snacks. I embellished the page with strips of paper and these adorable cameras.

The kits by Studio Calico are just perfect for everyday scrapbook pages and I love all the embellishments that comes with the kits! The next two weeks I will you show you all my scrapbook layouts I made with the Bluegrass Farm kits and add ons. I made 10 layouts so far and have still plenty of pretty stuff! And here is my project! I want to show you a mini album which I made with a bunch of cute Project Life cards. Did you guys know that some collections from Pebbles are available as Project Life cards? I just love the mix of Project Life pages and normal Scrapbook Layouts and these cards are just perfect for Project Life or Project Life inspired projects. 

But this time I wanted to do something special with these cute cards from the Front Porch collection (Floral themed cards). So I made a cute mini album with some of the cards. I love making mini albums, they are perfect for remembering short daytrips or other occasions like birthdays or weddings. Scrapbooking is such a fun hobby and I love how you can make different kinds of projects to remember life!

During the Easter holidays we went to a special place in Norway called "Hadeland Glassverk" in Jevnaker. Hadeland Glassverk is not far away from our place where I live and it´s Norways oldest industrial company.

Unfortunately the museum and the glass work itself were closed, but all the merchandise shops, the restaurant and bakery were open that day. The kids had some fun at the old locomotive.

I embellished the cards and photos of our trip with Basics washi tape, coordinating stickers and alpha Thickers from the Front Porch collection.

I hope you all like my mini album. It was fun to make and it will not be my last one. I wish you all a happy scrappy National Scrapbook Day!
